Q. What should I do if items are missing/incorrect?

Q. Where can I find additional product dimensions?

A. All product dimensions can be found on building instructions, furthermore you can also check our Youtube account as we are always updating new videos of product assembly.  If you cannot find a dimension that you require please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.

Q. Can I order online and collect in store?

A. Yes – please choose the collect option at checkout.

Q. Can I change/cancel my order after payment has been made?

A. Please contact us as soon as possible and depending on the status of your order we may be able to cancel/amend it.

Q. What if I am out?

A. As you will have been aware of your delivery date there will be a £30 charge for non-delivery, which will need to be paid before another delivery date is arranged. Further charges may be incurred for re-delivery.
